Jedes Jahr bewerben sich Mitglieder aus über 100 Ländern weltweit für eine einjährige Amtszeit als Präsidentin von International Inner Wheel (IIW). Die Weltpräsidentin 2024/25 ist Mamta Gupta, kommt aus Indien und gehört dem IWC Central Calcutta an. Bis Ende Juni 2025 wird sie gemeinsam mit dem Geschäftsführenden Vorstand von IIW und 16 aus verschiedenen Ländern entsandten Board Diektorinnen dem Weltverband vorstehen.
Der von Mamta Gupta gewählte Slogan für ihre Präsidentschaft lautet: "Heartbeat of Humanity – Every Beat Counts, Every Action Matters". Mamta Gupta verweist damit auf die Kraft der Inner Wheel-Gemeinschaft, "it is this connection that binds us together, transcending borders, cultures, and languages":
"With every beat of our hearts, we have the opportunity to make a difference. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, has the power to ripple outward and touch the lives of others."
Bezüglich der Mitgliederentwicklung ruft Mamta Gupta in ihrem Begrüßungsbrief vom 24. Juli 2024 jede Inner Wheelerin dazu auf, eine neue Freundin für Inner Wheel zu begeistern:
"In the spirit of friendship and to strengthen our mission, I have a special request for each one of you. Let us take this opportunity to grow our Inner Wheel family. Membership Growth-EACH ONE BRING ONE-I encourage you to bring one of your friends into your club. By doing so, we can double our membership and amplify our impact in our communities. Imagine the power and potential of doubling our efforts and extending our reach to touch even more lives! As we preach, "Every Beat counts -
Every Action matters."
